Ecologic Transportation, Inc. (EGCT) Director Acquires Quarter Million Shares of Company

Through a Form 4 filed with the SEC, it was announced that Director John L. Ogden more than doubled his ownership position in Ecologic Transportation from 220,834 shares to 487,500 shares. John L. Ogden has accumulated three decades of experience in energy corporate finance, international negotiations, corporate and asset acquisition, business development and energy company management. Following his qualification as a barrister-at-law in England, he worked with a firm in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he provided a range of advisory services to companies and to state entities and co-authored the most authoritative reference work for petroleum operations, finance and economics in northwest Europe.
Following his tenure at Wood Mackenzie & Co., Mr. Ogden established and headed an energy team for Sheppards & Chase in London, building a successful natural resource corporate finance business. He was responsible for arranging the funding for Finance for Energy Limited, a provider of project finance to U.S. independent oil and gas companies, and later served as a managing director.
In 1985, Mr. Ogden established an independent corporate financial consulting business that specialized in domestic and international energy issues, providing acquisition and divestiture advice and execution; corporate financial consulting; corporate development and strategic advice; and contract negotiation and structuring. He also co-founded Wood Roberts, LLC, an energy corporate finance and advisory firm.
Mr. Ogden holds a law degree, LL.B. (with honors), from the University of Leeds and was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Inner Temple) in England in 1979.
