The Company has an e-commerce website and portal (Zaldiva.com) that operates in conjunction with a series of ancillary websites and online auctions. The key areas of interest are entertainment, comic books, statues, action figures, graphic novels and collectibles.
The Company’s pop-culture comic book related collectibles mainly include action figures, dolls, statues, die-cast vehicles, T-shirts, books, magazines, posters and lithographs, household decor and decorative items, board and card games, caps and hats, licensed advertisements, plush toys, and various sports memorabilia.
Zaldiva Inc. sells their products through their online stores at Zaldiva.com and ZaldivaComics.com, as well as through their retail store in Ft. Lauderdale. The Company is a CGC Authorized Member Dealer (Comics Grading Services). They also offer a Personal Shopper Service for customers who don’t have time to search something out. They have more than 15,000 in-stock items, and customers can watch classic movies/cartoons projected on the store’s wall while they engage in shopping.
Other services and products the Company provides include Discounted Comic and Magazine Subscriptions, Discounted Toys/Statues Pre-Orders, Lay-A-Way, Gift Cards, as well as the selling of SideShow Collectibles.
In April, Zaldiva, Inc. announced the launching of their new website. The Company is now being exposed to mainstream pop culture collectors and investors, and they believe that this momentum will continue. The expectation is that the implementation of the new programs and website will capture market share, consequently having a material effect to the Company’s overall market capitalization.
A total re-visioning of the Zaldiva brand has been unveiled, introducing the new look of the Company as well as their main characters, Z-MAN and DIVA, all re-designed and illustrated by Pedram Shohadai, Zaldiva Inc.’s Creative Director.
