GRILLiT, operator of two healthy fast-casual restaurants in Florida, has elected Rob Elliott to serve as chairman of the company's board of directors, where he will contribute his 25 years of experience in restaurant franchise system development, marketing, branding, and operations to help BRLT execute its expansion plans.
Elliott previously served in senior executive or consulting roles for the several companies including vice president of marketing for Little Caesars Pizza; executive vice president of marketing for Quiznos; vice president of marketing for Papa Murphy's Pizza; and most recently as vice president of strategic marketing for Hungry Howies Pizza. He is the owner and president of Elliott Adworks, a full-service advertising agency, which he founded in 2004.
As an experienced senior marketing executive, Elliot has been recognized for the development of several successful brands through the deployment of aggressive business strategies, focused creative materials, and solid media planning.
