SilverSun Technologies, a company engaged in delivering business technology solutions and services, reports that its principal operating subsidiary, SWK Technologies, will wrap-up 2013 with a record number of sales of its MAPADOC EDI (electronic data interchange) solution.

In 2012, the company sold 60 new licenses. SilverSun reports that SWK has already exceeded that number in 2013, and in the past three weeks alone has sold five new licenses with an aggregate value of more than $170,000.

"Our MAPADOC business continues to rapidly grow," Mark Meller, CEO of SilverSun, stated in the news release. "We now have over 400 customers nationwide using MAPADOC to build their trading partner relationships and manage and fulfill orders. Our sales pipeline is deep, and we anticipate another record year for MAPADOC in 2014."

MAPADOC is a fully integrated, easy-to-use electronic data interchange (NYSE:EDI) software solution designed to drastically reduce data entry time and costs by eliminating duplicate entries. The solution also improves communication with trading partners, integrates seamlessly with Sage 100 ERP, Sage 500 ERP, and Sage ERP X3, and reduces mapping time by more than 75 percent by allowing end-users to quickly and easily create their own maps for integrated documents.

Gary Berman, executive vice president of SWK, said, "Our sales organization is doing a great job in communicating the benefits of our technology to our channel partners and end users throughout the country. Companies who use EDI solutions like MAPADOC have a significant competitive advantage, and also enhance their profitability. Consequently, we look forward to continuing the very rapid sales pace of our proprietary software."
