AL International is a fast-growing diversified company that offers a wide range of consumer nutritional and lifestyle products and services, primarily through person-to-person selling relationships. The company is also a vertically integrated producer of gourmet coffees for the commercial, retail, and direct sales channels.

The company announced today that it has appointed Dave Briskie as chief financial officer. Mr. Briskie replaces former CFO Chris Nelson who is no longer with the company. He will also continue to serve in his current roles with AL International as its president of commercial development, chairman of the audit committee, and as a member of its board of directors.

Mr. Briskie formerly served as CEO of Javalution Coffee Company until its merger with AL International last year. Prior to joining Javalution in 2007, he was the CEO of Drew Pearson Marketing, a designer and manufacturer of licensed, private label, and fashion headware whose clients included many Fortune 500 companies. During his time at Drew Pearson, Mr. Briskoe served in the capacity of chief financial officer and chief operating officer, ultimately becoming the company's chief executive officer in 1996.

AL International decided to make this executive move to the experienced Mr. Briskie because in its current period of unprecedented growth, CEO Steve Wallach felt "it is vital that we have the strongest possible individuals operating in key leadership roles."
