Jay Bowman's Latest EPower Update

The following is an unedited version of Jay's recent update to ePower investors.

We attended The Battery and Electric Hybrid Vehicle show in Novi Michigan this week. Our truck was received very well by everyone who stopped by the booth. We had steady traffic for the three days that the truck was on display. Our visitors ranged from governmental agencies, engineers from Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Tesla and several national labs. I also met with people from Cummins, Eaton and other existing or potential suppliers. We had representatives from Axion Power, our battery supplier, helping on one of the days we were showing the truck. We also met with Axion Power to discuss battery warranty length and terms. These discussions should reach a conclusion this week that will contain favorable and acceptable terms for our customers who will be using our drive train. The reason we decided to show the truck at this particular show was that ePower was invited to be a speaker at the battery conference. This job fell to John Petersen to describe what we are developing and the advantages of our system. John was preceded by Eaton Corporation and followed by Axion Power International. John did an excellent job of presenting our technology and captivating the attention of the attendees. Following Johns presentation we saw an increase in traffic to our booth by many impressed individuals. Below you will find links to the slide presentation and script that John presented at the show.

As you can see we are starting to sharpen our message to the market. We will begin approaching fleet owners over the next three months with our truck and a compelling reason for them to accept our solution. Our message was well received by all who attended the show and most believe it will be a message that has the potential to change the type equipment used by the trucking industry. We are on the leading edge of this technology and in a position to reap the rewards of the hard work and determination we have all put into this project over the last 5 years. I want to that thank all of you for your present and past support. I would also like to thank Bob White one of our investors who came to help at the show at his own expense. Also without Mario's and Andrews hard work we would not have had the truck ready for the show and they both did an very professional job of explaining to people what we have and why it works over the last three days. All in all it was a great week for ePower and our combined futures.
