Groupon Can Double Its Revenue By Doing This

Groupon (NASDAQ:GRPN) is experiencing growing pain in developing its business. The current model has two obvious drawbacks. First, most people do not need the coupons it provides daily and the emails are not read. Second, most vendors and suppliers have to offer huge discounts in order to attract customers. This does not make economic sense to them.

One solution for Groupon is to add a button for 'coupon wanted'. Customers can request specific coupons they want. They can specify the product, or services they wanted or suppliers /vendors they preferred. The benefits to the customers are obvious that they will save money on things they need. The benefits to the supplier and vendors are they will get customers and no need for huge discount. Groupon should be able to double its business.
