Robert J. Kerrigan, Sr., Former Scottsdale Broker With First Financial Equity Corporation Barred By FINRA

ROBERT J. KERRIGAN SR (CRD# 268516), was registered in the securities industry for 47 years, according to FINRA's BrokerCheck. Kerrigan was permanently barred by FINRA for allegedly refusing to provide documents and information requested by FINRA during an investigation into allegations that he participated in undisclosed private securities transactions and outside business activities.

Recently, another FINRA arbitration was filed against Kerrigan for alleged investment losses for private transactions. This claim alleges Robert J. Kerrigan, Sr., recommended the client invest in The Materials Acquisition Company, also known as called TMAC, which is a company in minerals and precious metals. Kerrigan allegedly represented TMAC to his client as a safe investment with complete liquidity within six months to a year. Kerrigan was also involved in another claim alleging recommendations in USA Barcelona Realty. Kerrigan's former firm, First Financial Equity Corporation, was added to the claim due to allegations of failing to supervise Kerrigan.

In May of 2016, FINRA permanently barred Robert Kerrigan from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public. Some of the firms he was registered with were:
