Although the name implies a proposal to invest in Asian markets, consider your move before doing so.
Look at this:
Domestic demand for diamonds over the run-up to Diwali, India’slargest jewelry sales period has been extremely good, especially for smaller goods and the lower colors and clarities. So strong has the demand been that in some categories, there are no goods available for export orders.
Wow, “are no goods available for export orders.” Sounds interesting.
Japan imported 285,098 carats of polished diamonds worth $72.4 million in September, increasing 67.3 percent in volume and 29.6 percent in value, according to figures released by Momozawa & Co., based on statistics from the Customs Bureau, the Ministry of Finance.
In volume, this is the largest monthly import in four years, as Japan registers a surprising growth in interest n diamonds. Month over month imports increased in value by 57.5 percent.
Looks like Asian consumers' power is growing. That means that India’seconomy will grow. Japan’s as well.So it’s our insight to invest in Asia for a long time.
