Big Blue is partnering with cloud communications service provider Twillio to launch 2 new offerings, IBM Watson Message Insights as well as IBM Watson Message Sentiment. Currently, developers who access the technology Watson through the Corporation's cloud platform Bluemix, can also employ the 2 new offerings.
