Forget Ireland, and Korea. It's All About The U.S.Dollar.

This morning the news out of Europe and Asia is very bearish. Ireland, Portugal, and Spain are all now likely to need a bailout from the ECB. Then in Asia there was conflict between North Korea and South Korea. This is also causing some fear in the markets. However, the market really moves inverse to the U.S. Dollar Index. When the dollar rallies the major stock market indexes deflate and sell off. The opposite is true when the U.S. Dollar Index declines the stock markets around the globe will inflate and trade higher. Therefore, this stock market is a U.S. Dollar Index story and really nothing else at this time.
