Markets Start Higher, Will The Rally Continue?

This morning, the S&P 500 Index e-mini futures (ES Z1) are trading higher by 2.75 points to 1172.25 per contract. Once again, the focus for traders and investors is on Greece and the European Union. Will Greece be bailed out for the second time is less than two years? The more important question that traders are contemplating is who will be next after Greece. At this time, most traders are betting that Greece will default at this point, however, there is a chance that there will be some kind of structured default for the country.
