When Stocks Talk ... Do You Listen?

The Dow Jones Industrial Average has made a recent new high for the year on September 23 before pulling back. The higher trend remains intact as the DJIA is attempting to rally to the highs again. On the other hand the leading housing stock TOL and the rest of the sector have steadily declined and made a new lower low. Please remember that it was the declining housing sector that started the bear market.

Is the housing market talking to us again? Please remember what it was saying in late 2005 when it peaked and the market kept moving higher. This is how the market talks to us. It does not speak to us directly nor does it display the obvious. What we as informed traders/investors need to do is listen, trade what the market gives us, and be prepared for the bigger moves.
