Today I used Barchart to sort the S&P 400 Mid Cap Index to find the stocks with the best technical indicators and charts. In the sorted list the Financial sector continued to dominate. The list includes Bank of Hawaii (BOH), Webster Financial (WBS), Cathay General Bancorp (CATY),Bancosouth (BXS), and Signature Bank (OTCPK:SBNY):
