The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive for dividends per share at Kinder Morgan Management (KMR). Kinder Morgan Management, with a market cap of $6.5 billion, is the largest independent owner/operator of products pipelines in the country, transporting more than two million barrels a day of gasoline, jet fuel, diesel fuel and natural gas liquids through more than 10,000 miles of pipelines.
