Wall Street went higher on Tuesday morning, which was helped by a spike in technology stocks and a rebound in Deutsche Bank. The S&P 500 technology index .SPLRCT increased 0.43 percent and went up by a 1.2 percent increase in Apple (AAPL.O) and a 0.6 percent increase in Google parent Alphabet (GOOGL.O).
