Hallenstein Glasson Holdings limited is a holding company. The company through its subsidiaries is a retailer of men's and women's clothing in New Zealand and Australia. Its segments include Hallenstein Bros Limited (New Zealand), Glassons Limited (New Zealand), Glassons Australia Limited (Australia), Storm (Retail 161 Limited) (New Zealand) and Hallenstein Properties Limited (New Zealand). The company through its subsidiary, Energy Clearing House Limited (ECH), is the electricity market operation service provider responsible for ensuring that market participants pay or paid the correct amount for the electricity they generated.
