Monadelphous Group Limited (ASX: MND)

Manadelphous Group Limited is a diversified services company based in Australia. It is operating in the resources, energy and infrastructure industry sector. Its services include fabrication, modularization, offsite pre-assembly, procurement and installation of structural steel, tankage, mechanical and process equipment, piping, demotion and remediation works; multi-disciplined construction services; plant commissioning; specialist electrical and instrumentation services among others. In May 2013, the company raised its stake to 15.75% by acquiring a further 5.048% in AnaeCo Ltd.

The company has a market capitalization of 1.50 Billion, EPS is 1.74, P/E ratio is 9.67 and the dividend yield is 8.12% at the annual dividend payout of 0.62.

Cardno Limited (ASX: CDD)

Cardno Limited is an Australian-based company. It is a provider of professional services in physical and social infrastructure. The company has three operating segments: Professional Services Australia and New Zealand, Professional Services Americas and Software and International Development Assistance. In October 2011, the company acquired Cardno Geotech Solutions and Cardno TEC. In November 2011, it acquired Cardno HRP. In February 2013, the company acquired Geotech Materials Testing Services Pty Ltd (Geotech).

It has a market capitalization of 729.49 Million, EPS is 0.57, P/E ratio is 9.10 and the dividend yield is 6.99% at the annual dividend payout of 0.18.

UGL Limited (ASX: UGL)

UGL Limited is a diversified engineering company. It is operating in maintenance, facilities management, and property services and operating in rail, water, power, transport, resources and property sectors. The company consists of four complementary businesses. UG Rail is a of passenger and freight rolling stock and rail maintenance solutions. Its services include corporate real estate facilities management, project management, finance and accounting and procurement. In December 5, 2011, it acquired DTZ Holdings plc (DTZ).

The company has a market capitalization of 1.11 Billion, EPS is 0.63, P/E ratio is 10.73 and the dividend yield is 10.32% at the annual dividend payout of 0.34.

WorleyParsons Limited (ASX: WOR)

WorleyParsons Limited is an Australian-based provider of professional service to the resources and energy sectors, and process industries. The company operates in four business segments: Hydrocarbons, Power, Minerals, Metals & Chemicals and Infrastructure & Environment which provides integrated enabling services in water, environment, transport, master planning and restoration to mining, energy and power customer globally. In 2013, it acquired Bergen Group Rosenberg AS and TWP Holdings (Proprietary) Limited.

It has a market capitalization of 4.79 Billion, EPS is 1.44, P/E ratio is 13.52 and the dividend yield is 4.76% at the annual dividend payout of 0.41.
