Seven Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: SVW)
It is a diversified and investment group. The company operates in six segments: WesTrac Australia, WesTrac China, AllightSkyes, Coates Hire, Media investments and other investments. On June 19, 2012, the company sold vividwireless Group Limited. In September 2012, the company announced that Eftel Limited acquired the business of Engin. The WesTrac Australia is a Caterpillar dealer in Western Australia, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, providing heavy equipment sales and support to customers.

It is an Australia-based company which is engaged in the project and operational services to the resources industry. The company operates in two segments: Projects and Operations, which include operation and ownership of coal handling and preparation. The company's subsidiaries are Sedgman Asia Ltd, Sedgman Botswana Ltd, Sedgman Engineering Technology Co Ltd, Sedgman Employment Services Pty Ltd, Sedgman International Employment Services Pty Ltd, Sedgman LLC, Sedgman Malaysia Sdn, Sedgman Mozambique Limitada and among others.

Leighton Holdings Limited (ASX: LEL)
Leighton Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company. It is engaged in building, civil engineering, construction, contract mining, telecommunications, environmental services, property development and project management in Australia, and in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. On September 28, 2012, the Company sold its Waste Management business to Remondis AG & CO KG. In June 2013, it completed the sale of approximately 70% of its telecommunications assets to Ontario teachers' Pension Plan.
