In June 2013, it announced that Westpac Banking Corporation and BT Investment Management Limited and its associated companies ceased to be substantial shareholder of the company. In June 2013, National Australia Bank Limited ceased to be holder of the company.

The company has a market capitalization of 751.43 Million, EPS is 0.61, P/E ratio is 7.26 and the dividend yield is 9.35% at the annual dividend payout of 0.20.

Seven Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: SVW)

It is a diversified and investment group. The company operates in six segments: WesTrac Australia, WesTrac China, AllightSkyes, Coates Hire, Media investments and other investments. On June 19, 2012, the company sold vividwireless Group Limited. In September 2012, the company announced that Eftel Limited acquired the business of Engin. The WesTrac Australia is a Caterpillar dealer in Western Australia, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, providing heavy equipment sales and support to customers.

It has a market capitalization of 2.04 Billion, EPS is 1.11, P/E ratio is 5.98 and the dividend yield is 6.03% at the annual dividend payout of 0.20.

Sedgman Limited (ASX: SDM)

It is an Australia-based company which is engaged in the project and operational services to the resources industry. The company operates in two segments: Projects and Operations, which include operation and ownership of coal handling and preparation. The company's subsidiaries are Sedgman Asia Ltd, Sedgman Botswana Ltd, Sedgman Engineering Technology Co Ltd, Sedgman Employment Services Pty Ltd, Sedgman International Employment Services Pty Ltd, Sedgman LLC, Sedgman Malaysia Sdn, Sedgman Mozambique Limitada and among others.

It has a market capitalization of 159.95 Million, EPS is 0.14, P/E ratio is 5.15 and the dividend yield is 12.93% at the annual dividend payout of 0.03.

Leighton Holdings Limited (ASX: LEL)

Leighton Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company. It is engaged in building, civil engineering, construction, contract mining, telecommunications, environmental services, property development and project management in Australia, and in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. On September 28, 2012, the Company sold its Waste Management business to Remondis AG & CO KG. In June 2013, it completed the sale of approximately 70% of its telecommunications assets to Ontario teachers' Pension Plan.

The company has a market capitalization of 5.72 Billion, EPS is 1.33, P/E ratio is 12.76 and the dividend yield is 4.72% at the annual dividend payout of 0.60.

RCR Tomlinson Limited (ASX: RCR)

It is engaged in the provision of integrated engineering solutions to the mining, energy, resources and power sectors. the company operates in four segments: RC Mining, RCR Energy, RCR Resources and RCR Power which offers solutions for the design, fabrication, construction, installation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems to the resources and infrastructure sectors. Its services also include maintenance, shutdowns, high voltage services and trailing cable repair.

The company has a market capitalization of 297.97 Million, EPS is 0.26, P/E ratio is 8.78 and the dividend yield is 3.00% at the annual dividend payout of 0.03.
