Since 1965 the economy of Singapore has experienced rapid economic development. Its performance reflects the success of its open and outward-oriented development strategy. Over the years the composition of Singapore's exports has evolved from labour-intensive to high value-added products. Here I am sharing five 高分红 股票 新加坡 for Singapore stocks portfolio.

SIA Engineering Company Limited (SGX: S59)

It is engaged in the business of airframe maintenance and component overhaul services, the provision of line maintenance and technical ground handling services, fleet management programs and investment holdings. It operates in two segments: Repair and overhaul and Line maintenance. The Line maintenance segment provides aircraft certification and technical ground handling services which include push-back and towing and the provision of aircraft ground support equipment and rectification work.

The company has a market capitalization of 5.47 Billion, EPS is 0.24, P/E ratio is 20.28 and the dividend yield is 4.46% at the annual dividend payout of 0.15.

Creative Technology Ltd. (SGX: C76)

It is a Singapore-based company. Its main activities and subsidiaries consist of the design, manufacture and distribution of digitized sound and video boards, computers and related multimedia and personal digital entertainment products. In June 2010 the Company divested its entire interest in an associated company, Wireless Audio IP BV, a fabless audio chip vendor. In July 2012, it sold its interest in Grandeye Limited, a 51% owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom.

It has a market capitalization of 161.55 Million, EPS is 0.07, P/E ratio is 32.40 and the dividend yield is 2.16% at the annual dividend payout of 0.05.

Ban Leong Technologies Ltd (SGX: B26)

Ban Leong Technologies Limited is engaged in wholesale and distribution of computer peripherals, accessories and other multimedia products. The company operates in three business segments: Multimedia, Data storage and IT accessories. As of March 31, 2012 the company's subsidiaries include Digital Hub Pte Ltd, Digital blue limited, BLC (China) Limited, Ban Leong Technologies Sdn Bhd ban Leong Technologies Australia Pty Ltd, AV Labs International Pte Ltd, Ban Leong Chin Inter Co. and Ltd, Egear Inc Ltd.

It has a market capitalization of 22.14 Million, EPS is 0.00, P/E ratio is 55.56 and the dividend yield is 5.79% at the annual dividend payout of 0.01.

Singapore land Limited (SGX: S30)

It is an investment holding company. It is engaged in development of properties for investment and trading, investment holding, property management and investment in hotels and retail centers. The company has three operating segments: Property Investment, Property trading, and Hotel operations, which is engaged in the operations of hotels in Singapore. Its subsidiaries include Gateway land Limited, Ideal Homes Pte. Limited, Realty Management Services (Pte) Ltd, RMA-Land Development Private Ltd, Shing Kwan Realty (Pte) Limited and Singland Development Co. Ltd.

It has a market capitalization 3.77 Billion, EPS is 0.97, P/E ratio is 9.44 and the dividend yield is 2.19% at the annual dividend payout of 0.20.

CapitalCommercial Trust (SGX: C61U)

It is a commercial real estate investment trust which invests in real estate and real estate-related assets. These are used for commercial purposes. The trust owns 10 distinguished properties comprising four Grades an office Buildings, two prime office buildings, three mixed-use properties and one multi-storey car park. On March 22, 2012 the Trust acquired 100% interest in FirstOffice Pte. Ltd , which owns the property Twenty Anson from Homerun 28 Limited and Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd (5%).

It has a market capitalization of 4.30 Billion, EPS is 0.14, P/E ratio is 10.82 and the dividend yield is 4.50% at the annual dividend payout of 0.04.
