CH vs ECH revisited

|Includes: CH, iShares MSCI Chile Capped ETF (ECH)
On 3/25, I noted that CH (Aberdeen Chile closed-end fund) appeared to have gotten ahead of itself as it ran up to its ex-div date (3/29).  Since then, CH has pulled back to its 50 ema.

At the same time, ECH – the iShares Chile fund – broken out of a falling channel.

Also, most of the emerging markets are breaking out to the upside (EEM, EWZ, THD, IDX, IIF).

I continue to like CH as a dividend-paying way to get emerging market exposure in long term accounts.  I am picking up some more CH here as most its premium is now gone and emerging markets appear to be emerging again.
