1957 - 3 to 10 months

1960 - 12 months

1969 - 10 months

1973 - 14 to 16 months

1980 - 6 months

1981 - 14 to 16 months

1990 - 10 months

2001 - 10 to 16 months

Average length - 294 to 354 days. Length of present recession - 554 days.
