IS THERE ANY HOPE FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS?
STOCKS ENDED THE DAY HIGHER, EXCEPT NDX. OK; the last two weeks of September have not really started, I guess.
The UDOW gained 1.6 points, or 2.18%. UDOW looks like a bottom here.
What? This seems like hysteria.
