It's an interesting piece on how to view a company's management team, how important it is, and what question's will allow you to really understand management's intentions and drive.
Obviously, there is much more to investing than just the management, but in my opinion it's more important to my confidence in an investment than adhering to strictly quantitative factors (which an alarming amount of people still continue to do).
There is certainly much more to assessing management quality, and more specifically competence, than is in this article, but for what it's worth this is a pretty good beginners editorial to assessing a company's management. Enjoy!
