Look at Japan It's Unchanged But the Rest of Asia Is rallying

Looking at ETFs from around the world the markets ae

as expected in my last column : the pop in Japan was short lived and the rest of the world has outperformed

EWJ has recovered 1/3 of its value from the post earthquake lows

GMF emerging asia as well as individual markets (based on ETFs) in south korea, taiwan, and china  have fully recovered if not exceeded the prices immediately pre earthquake

EWG (germany) and Europe (NYSEARCA:VGK) also have recovered just about completely

My outlook: a return to Japanese stocks lagging the rest of the world
