New Homes sales up 9.6%..Not really

 You have to careful comparing averages, such as the housing numbers today, Sales increased 9.6 percent, the most since February 2005.  In order to fully utilize the data, one must compare equality of declines (percentages) versus incline from 2005 to now. The similar trap or mistake many technical market traders make is using the Fibonacci retractment percentages, from last years high to this years low.   Fib’s can only be used upon the plain, Fib’s come from the Pyramids (the structural incline) in fact all living organisms share the Fib Golden numbers, but their entity is self ascribed regarding the mathematical plain. The same concept must be applied to higher levels of Economic expansion or contraction according to accumulated data in order to ascertain a common average.
