In preparation for the new day, the morning bowl full of coffee(a la Francaise ;)), and a quick regard of spot silver, oil and premarket futures, led me to believe that the market would be going lower today. However, after watching an episode of the sadly under-distributed tv series "The Trailerpark Boys" the market was now looking significantly rosier.
Perhaps this is a sign, that the good old, easy-peasy, wholistic global market conversation is becoming more fragmented, and regionalised. This could of course revert back to normal soon, however, perhaps today, during these last few pre-market hours, we're seeing at least the start of a temporary, divergence per-se, between the various(primarily 3) international sessions of trading.
This TV series is humorous, basing its plotlines on farce and irony. I don't believe it is widely distributed in the US, here's an interesting episode of it; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ch6lbS6NVoY
