JNJ has been having quality problems for a couple of years. Unfortunately waiting for something bad to happen to someone and using that as timing for the stock works, A bye (customer) and buy (stock) opportunity. One may also notice that they benefit when kids are medicated unnecessarily for add they benefit, at least until they have to reimburse the state (Texas being a case in point). When the homeless are medicated unnecessarily they benefit again. Even with all the problems they do have it may be a good stock to own and you get paid to wait while they fix the problem (which is probably partially management)
Disclosure: I am long JNJ.
