Canadian junior explorer Colt Resources said that it has appointed Todd C. Hennis to the company's international advisory board.
Hennis has 28 years experience in the mining and metals business, and is currently the president of Salem Minerals, a privately owned resource company based in Colorado. He also worked at the predecessor of Glencore International and at Cargill.
The company said it expects Hennis will be of assistance as it prepares for the development of its Montemor gold and Tabuaço tungsten projects in Portugal.
Colt is focused on exploring for gold and tungsten. It currently is 51% owner and operator of the Montemor gold project. The company also holds a large base metals concession, Santa Margarida do Sado, in the prolific Iberian Pyrite Belt, in southern Portugal.
