Sun Resources Continues Drilling At Richland

Sun Resources (ASX:SUR) is continuing drilling operations at four wells at its Richland Oil Project in Texas with fraccing work expected to be complete this month.

Fraccing at Beeler #1H well is likely to be completed by mid-November after which the well will be tested with flow-back and clean-up process.

The second well, John Beeler-1H, will undergo another fraccing operation, starting middle of this month and completion is expected to continue for two weeks.

The third well, Ellis-1H, in the current multi-drilling campaign has reached a total measured depth of 14,902 feet, with cementing and production casing to commence.

The final well, John Beeler-2, has been drilled up to a depth of 7,200 feet and was logged to test the production potential of the area, which includes the Sub-Clarksville, Eagle Ford Shale, Upper and Lower Woodbine and Buda formations.

Fraccing and completion of production testing at this well is likely to commence after activities at the first well are complete.
