Horseshoe Metals Managing Director Neil Marston Leads The Way With Share Buy

Horseshoe Metals (ASX: HOR) managing director Neil Marston has increased his stake in the company with the acquisition of 75,000 shares in on market trade.

Marston acquired the shares for a total consideration of $13,138, for an average price of A$0.175 per share.

He now holds 37,500 shares directly and another 212,500 shares indirectly.

In addition, Marston has 2 million options exercisable at A$0.20 that expire on 30 June 2013 and 2 million incentive rights.

Horseshoe Metals yesterday reported further high grade copper intersections from drilling at the Rinaldi Prospect in Western Australia.

Shallow copper mineralisation has now been intersected over a strike length of more than 700 metres and remains open to the north and south.

A JORC Resource on the Rinaldi Prospect will be completed in early 2013.
