Boswell has over 25 years of experience in exploration, exploration management, mining, resource assessment and environmental assessment, predominantly in gold and copper projects.
In the Philippines, he has been responsible for management of exploration teams and technical programs from regional studies and reconnaissance to mine exploration.
Boswell has held senior management positions with OceanaGold Ltd (TSE: OGC), Crazy Horse Resources (CVE: CZH) and Copper Development Corporation (LON: CDC).
He has also provided geopolitical advice to explorers and has sourced projects and provided project evaluation advice to companies in the Philippines. In addition, he has carried out successful community development and relationship programs throughout the Philippines.

Boswell replaces Tony Climie who has resigned as the country manager in the Philippines following his appointment as chief executive of Mindoro Resources (ASX: MDO).
Red Mountain's recent drilling has confirm the trend of increasing gold grade with depth at its Lobo prospect at the Batangas project with peak results of 6.3 metres at 8.03 grams per tonne gold interval from 197.8 metres including 4 metres at 11.18g/t gold.
Batangas hosts Inferred and Indicated Resources totalling 5.78 million tonnes at an average grade of 2.2 grams per tonne (g/t) for 408,000 contained gold ounces.
This represents a geological resource that can be converted into a "mineable reserve", which has over 5 million tonnes grading in excess of 2.2g/t gold.
