Fraser Range Metals Makes Board Changes

Fraser Range Metals Group (ASX:FRN) has re-appointed company secretary Nicholas Ong as a non-executive director of the company and has appointed Samuel Edis to take up Ong's former role.
Ong had acted as the company secretary since 1 June 2011 and has served previously as a director of the company.
Edis will replace Ong as the company secretary of Fraser Range. He currently works with a variety of ASX-listed companies facilitating compliance and assisting with capital raisings, IPOs and investor relations
Fraser Range added that Nicholas Poll has resigned as a director of the company.
The company had last month elected not to proceed with the acquisition of Plumridge Gold Pty Ltd from International Goldfields (ASX: IGS) and the acquisition of Fraser Range Res. Pty Ltd due to changed market conditions.
