Rambler Metals and Mining (LON:RMM) (CVE:RAB) has taken up a chunk of warrants in its Newfoundland neighbour and associate Maritime Resources to help it fund development of its Green Bay property.

Copper and gold miner Rambler exercised around 588,000 warrants at C$0.25 raising just short of C$150,000.

Rambler's stake in Maritime rises to 18.44% with exercise of the warrants.

Maritime holds a 100% interest in the Green Bay property, which hosts the previously producing Hammerdown gold mine and the Orion gold deposit.
