Minerals Corporation Adds New Substantial Sharehold

Minerals Corporation (ASX: MSC) has received a notice of initial substantial holder from Malcolm James Collier who now holds a 5.57% voting power in the company.

Collier had acquired more than 30 million shares from August 2013 to the latest purchase of 5 million shares on 19 November.

He paid between $0.002 and $0.006 per share for the various tranches.

The company had in October received results from a four hole diamond drilling campaign within the Katanga Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

All four intercepted disseminated copper within the Calcaire Rose dolomite unit with the highest value being 0.44 metres at 0.96% copper from 73.39 metres.

This confirmed its understanding of the controls of potential copper mineralisation - which allows a more precisely targeted follow up at Luishia.
