KGL Resources Chairman Steps Down

KGL Resources (ASX:KGL) chairman Andrew Daley has stepped down from his position and as a director of the company for personal reasons with effect from 22nd May 2015.

Non-executive director Chris Bain will act as the company chairman until a decision is made on Daley's replacement.

"Andrew leaves the company in a strong position with the Jervois project continuing to grow and the company in a sound financial position. We all wish Andrew the very best for the future," managing director Simon Milroy said.

The company's ongoing reverse circulation drilling program has extended high-grade mineralisation at the Jervois copper-silver-gold project in the Northern Territory.

A resource upgrade expected in July 2015 will include the results of all drilling completed since June 2014 totalling approximately 20,000 metres.
