Metals Of Africa Non-Executive Director Andrew McKee Steps Down

Short Only
Seeking Alpha Analyst Since 2009
Metals of Africa (ASX:MTA) non-executive director Andrew McKee has stepped down to pursue research and development opportunities within the graphene and graphite industries.
He will continue to contribute to the company, which has retained him as a consultant on a non-exclusive basis.
The company remains focused on the rapid advancement of its current portfolio of graphite assets, including the Montepuez Central Project in Mozambique where drilling is currently underway.
This will focus on areas of near-surface, high grade mineralisation confirmed from drilling to date.
It follows on the company's successful maiden drilling campaign at the Montepuez project that ended in December 2014 and intersected zones of high grade graphite mineralisation, including 145.59 metres at 9.60% Total Graphitic Content and 0.12% vanadium (V) from 34 metres.
Metals of Africa is focused on defining a shallow, oxide zone resource, and as such the average end-of-hole depth in the drilling program is expected to be approximately 60 metres.
