Vector Resources Continues To Intercept Gold West Of Gwendolyn East Resource

Vector Resources (ASX: VEC) has returned the latest results from drilling at the Gwendolyn East Project, with indications that mineralisation continues to the west and northwest.

Gwendolyn East is located around 200 kilometres west of Kalgoorlie.

Reverse circulation drilling outside the existing resource and unclassified mineralisation at Gwendolyn East shows that a possible parallel load to the west of the resource continues to expand.

Highlights from the phase 3 drilling program include:

- 13 metres at 6.8 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 98 metres, including 3 metres at 26.3g/t gold;
- 3 metres at 1.1g/t gold from 78 metres; and
- 2 metres at 1.6g/t gold from 56 metres.

The results of these holes continue to reveal larger bands of intercepts between 0.2g/t and 0.8g/t gold, between the highlight intercepts.

This supports potential to reduce internal waste volumes for resource modelling and future mining operations.

Mineralisation at Gwendolyn East remains open in all directions.

The phase 3 drilling program is ongoing, with 174 of a total 244 holes already drilled. Assays from a further 32 drill holes are pending.

In addition to extensional exploration at Gwendolyn East, Vector has commenced infill drilling of the unclassified material for JORC classification.
