Including Gold In Multi-Asset ETF Portfolios

Astoria's Founder and CIO is participating in a webcast (Wednesday, October 17 @ 1 pm EST) on the benefits of owning gold in a portfolio along with Sprott Asset Management.

In Astoria's view, multi-asset portfolios are overly exposed to the stock/bond correlation risk.

Risk assets have rallied sharply the past 2 days, but last week was a nasty reminder for those that are relying on bonds to hedge their equity risk.

Meanwhile, gold was one of the few asset classes that had positive returns when both stocks and bonds significantly declined.

If you are interested in knowing more of Astoria's views or that of Sprott Asset Management, you can listen to the webcast here.

Best, John Davi
Founder & CIO of Astoria
