Federated Investors Selloff Is A Buying Opportunity

FII mutual fund asset levels are strong.

32% selloff is uncalled for.

Mutual Fund Money-Market Assets are robust.

The Kaufmann fund family prints money.

Based off of the data at FII Assets website, the mutual fund business is stable at Federated Investors ($FII).

The website pulls in the mutual fund data from Federated Investors Mutual Fund Page, meaning if it isn't on that web page, then it isn't on FII Assets. This is an important note because it will not match quarterly reporting from Federated since it does not have Non-US Products, Closed-End Funds, Collective Investment Funds, Variable Annuity Funds, and Private Funds.

Plus, the website can be canary in the coal mine for the SMA business at Federated.

Explore the website and let me know if you think the Federated Investors sell-off is a buying opportunity.

Also note that all of this information is public and it respects the robots.txt file of Federated.

Disclosure: I am/we are long FII.

Additional disclosure: I personally own FII stock and calls.
