The number of travelers going through TSA checkpoints (red line) crossed 50% of 2019 levels for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began, indicating that more people are beginning to travel again.  This bodes well for the longer term recovery of the travel and hospitality industries.

The number of commercial flights tracked by Flightradar24 is about 66% of 2019 numbers, which confirms that planes that are flying are going emptier.
