1/28/2010-Motorola (NYSE:MOT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, topping consensus estimates by a penny.
Sales in the quarter fell 19.8% year-over-year to $5.72 billion, and came in short of consensus estimates of $5.94 billion.
The company's wireless segment sales fell 22% to $1.8 billion, and its market share declined to 3.7% from 4.7% in the sequential quarter.
Motorola said it expects a Q1 loss of $0.01 to $0.03 per share (vs. consensus estimates of a profit of $0.03).
