High quality dividend stocks - Metrics to analyze

Below is a table showing most of the dividend stocks I presently hold. The columns show the main metrics I like to consider.
Revenue growth: want a company that is growing so it can continue to increase dividends. Will allow some flexibility here if one year hiccup due to recession if long term data look good and in a good sector.
Payout Ratio:  cannot be too high or little room to increase AND more likelihood of dividend cuts in poor years. Most are 60% and below. Not too concerned with Altria’s high payout as it is an ATM with addicted customer base J.
Div Yld: like 2% or more, preferably over 3%, but will take lower yields if they are growing rapidly. Non-traditional dividend companies like MSFT, IBM and MDT are companies that have low yield but tons of room to grow the dividend.
ROC (Return on Capital): Will glance at this as a check. If very low will want to have an idea why. Is it a capital intensive industry with  cash cow like features, or did they do big recent acquisition that has added a lot of goodwill that distorts this metric.
P/E, Earnings Yield, and Free Cash Flow (NYSE:FCF) yield: Like to see a good FCF yield as it indicates room to pay dividend. More important than earnings yield which has lots of accounting bias. If big difference between earnings yield and FCF yield, will want to check why. Nice to find high PE stocks (low earnings yield) with great FCF yield as it can indicate investors may not be appreciating the cash flows, or the company is able to spend less on CAPEX than in the past.

Companies I like the best? JNJ, ABT and CB.
