Why was FNSR $400+ in 2000 and now at $22.91

a far cry from $400+ but one guy thinks its gonna soar once again.

Although I do remember a couple that were once high fliers that made it back to triple digits (PCLN), (NASDAQ:AMZN),  and  (NASDAQ:AKAM) once also a $300+ stock on its own in 2000 is now $50+ but does (NASDAQ:FNSR) have what it takes to get back to triple digits?
