While Rainbow Rangers™ airs in the U.S. via Nick Jr., RR also airs worldwide. Leaving Genius Brands International to respectfully live up to their name, specifically, "International". International airing of RR is viewable via Corus Entertainment’s Treehouse (Canada), Televisa and BLIM TV (Mexico), Nine Network (Australia), CCTV and iQiyi (CHINA), Nickelodeon and NOGGIN (Latin America), Cartoonito (OTCPK:ITALY), TV2 (Hungary), NOGA (Israel), Mini Mini (Poland), Canal Panda (Portugal), Discovery Kids (Middle East), and Pikaboo (Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Herzegovina).

Rainbow Rangers™ is Genius Brands' flagship from one of several extremely fast growing tentpoles of revenue. RR is expected to become the next Strawberry Shortcake™ or Paw Patrol™, for the female adolescents, as viewership is strongly persuaded into upwards gravity. Strawberry Shortcake climbed the revenue ladder fast back in the 80s while claiming more than $6B in revenue in just a 5 year span. Today's new age OTT platforms provide a much simplistic interface for all users, whilst providing a vast array of programs at touch of button.

Promotions have started gaining traction as social media influencers, paid promoters, investing partners, cast, producers and distributors begin the invasion into their respective markets.

Genius Brands International announces partnership with Samsung to carry Kartoon Channel! across Samsung Smart TVs, effective immediately. GBI continues to expand the footprint of its premiere children’s entertainment destination, Kartoon Channel! with the first television manufacturer deal finalized with Samsung. With a market share of over 20%, Samsung has been the world’s largest TV manufacturer since 2006. They also account for 50%+ of sales in excess of 75" TV's.

In addition, Kartoon Channel! is now also available on a new Android and the Android TV app, and a new version is available to stream on Roku as well. Kartoon Channel! is currently available across a broad spectrum of OTT, AVOD and mobile channels, including Apple TV and iOS, Amazon Fire TV, Google Play, Comcast, Cox, DISH, Sling TV, Xumo, and streaming on the web via www.kartoonchannel.com.

In conclusion,

GeniusBrands has created products designed for the specific social and cognitive capabilities of developing infants, toddlers. Their goal is to respond to the dramatic changes that occur during the first three years of life, and to fashion products applicable to each stage. What engages and promotes development in an 18-month-old differs from what engages and promotes development in a 3-year-old. GBI's content is designed to respond to those differences.

Adolescence is a period of life with specific health and developmental needs and rights. It is also a time to develop knowledge and skills, learn to manage emotions and relationships, and acquire attributes and abilities that will be important for enjoying the adolescent years and assuming adult roles.

Genius Brands' live by attitude and company motto is to "create content with a purpose" while maintaining enrichment and entertaining fun for both children and family. Every show has been curated by the Genius team which also has the help of development with Stanford University Professor Emeritus Donald F. Roberts, who provided guidance to the line of new products and original entertainment that have been developed and categorized by five different developmental stages that mark a child's natural growth.

Rapid growing viewership will entertain an increase in fan base as well as an increase in ad revenue, subscription revenue, and all the more merchandising sales. Expect to see quarter over quarter gains as earnings report, ending on September 30, is released mid November. Historically GBI has released ER between Nov 14-16.

Bottom Line,

Users continue to stray away from cable subscriptions & other like paid services. As GNUS continues to launch a plethora new releases weekly, viewer base on Kartoon Channel! is increasing, ad revenue is increasing, subscription revenue is increasing, merchandising & licensing revenue is increasing, and we're yet to have the new staple of children's entertainment with Stan Lee's Superhero Kindergarten, still expected in quarter one of 2021. Q3 earnings should provide positive feedback as well as a future look into the expected money makers of Q4 & Q1. Investor sentiment has held the company above a dollar, almost double the company's true book value. Litigations have lost their merit & intention as Andy and team continue to fulfill promises & deliver as projected. The downward trend has finally met it's opposition with new trends of higher highs and higher lows. With new and old investors feeling more confident than ever we are expecting to see an increase of Q3 earnings, as well deserved.
