Tumipampa's Neighbour Receives $520 Million

FYI - The region surrounding Dynacor's Tumipampa deposit is building momentum as denoted today in the announcement that Hudbay Minerals (TSX:HBM) acquired the remaining shares of Norsemont Mining (TSX:NOM) valuing the equity deal at approximately CDN $520 million on a fully diluted basis. Norsemont has approximately 82 million shares outstanding.
Keep in mind this past October, First Quantum (TSX:FM) bought Antares Minerals (TSX-V:AMN) in a cash and share deal worth about CDN $460 million. Antares Minerals had 85 million shares outstanding
The Andahuaylas-Yauri belt is host to significant skarn and porphyry-style copper/gold/molybdenum mineralization and includes the skarn (Tintaya) and porphyry copper deposits (Antapaccay) of the Tintaya district as well as the skarns in the Las Bambas district and the Los Chancas deposit.
