Projects range from the Green sustainable Infill Projects to Re Adaptive use of existing industrial buildings, to grounds up new Condominiums in urban centers. The latest project under development in Philadelphia is a 3-acre property along the Delaware River front, calling for the conversion of an existing industrial building and the erection of a 34 story residential tower, with a total of 400 condo units. In New York the firm has completed a new ground up residential luxury condo building in the Tribeca Neighborhood.
Mr. Assouline, an alumnus of the GSD at Harvard University, where he completed the University's Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate, holds an MBA from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Lausanne, Switzerland, and is a licensed real estate broker in New York.
