Well, it is just possible that I have royally outsmarted myself, not that I am alone here...
I spoke to a Kenworth truck salesman, and asked if he offered a nat gas option for long haul, over the road trucks.
Well, yes and no was his answer.
They do offer a Cummins-Westport engine, but basically (he says) it is expensive, under-powered, and delivers relatively low range.
Drivers, he says, are wasting more time refueling than is worth their while.
If there is any relative veracity to my too late due diligence, then I have lost a huge amount of money on my faulty belief and poor research.
Did I figure this wrong???
