Canadian public companies have been allowed to post their important corporate filings on their own websites instead of mailing them the old-fashioned way to shareholders.
After March 1, they can simply mail a notice of their meeting, a description of the matters to be voted on and the address of the website where the public documents can be found. The rest can be posted online, along with annual financial statements and management's discussion and analysis.
looks like a lot of paper is gonna be saved,but....
