Lots of things happening on the market today with the Fed leaving interest rates unchanged. Stocks rallied, led by the techs. Gold and silver both rebounded after a 2-day pullback.
It was a fun day today in the Trading Room for us. I thought I'd post a sample of some comments from our Trading Room to give readers and members not in the Trading Room some idea of what's goes on. The time stamps are in Pacific Standard Time (west coast). We started looking at AMZN, as it gave a very bullish revenue forecast last night. We also took notice of SOHU and MOBI. Further, of course, SLV and GLD caught our attention on this day of rate decisions. You can compare intraday charts to the timestamps on these comments to see how they may have helped your trading.
We already locked in some profits on AMZN and SLV in just a few hours. AMZN went up so fast, we rolled up to a higher strike and booked more gains in just 35 minutes!
